Community Guidelines

By using DeOxer, you agree to follow these guidelines and help maintain a positive environment for all users. Failure to comply may result in content removal, account restrictions, or termination.

3. Prohibited Content

Do not use DeOxer to engage in, promote, or encourage illegal activities. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Organizing or encouraging illegal acts
  • Selling illegal goods or services
  • Promoting or facilitating harmful scams

3.2 Harmful or Dangerous Content

Content that poses a risk of harm to individuals or groups is prohibited:

  • Threats of violence or incitement to violence
  • Instructions for dangerous activities that could cause serious harm
  • Content that glorifies or promotes self-harm or suicide
  • Medical misinformation that could lead to harm

3.3 Hate Speech and Discrimination

We do not tolerate content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on attributes such as:

  • Race, ethnicity, or national origin
  • Religion or religious beliefs
  • Gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation
  • Disability or medical condition
  • Age or veteran status

3.4 Harassment and Bullying

Do not engage in or encourage harassment or bullying of other users or individuals:

  • Targeted insults or humiliation
  • Coordinated attacks against users
  • Repeated unwanted contact or attention
  • Sharing others' private information without consent (doxxing)

3.5 Sexual Content

We restrict sexually explicit content to maintain a comfortable environment for all users:

  • Pornographic content is prohibited
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery is strictly forbidden
  • Sexual content involving minors is absolutely prohibited and will be reported to authorities
  • Sexually suggestive content should be appropriately tagged

4. Content Integrity

4.1 Spam and Manipulation

Do not engage in activities that disrupt the DeOxer experience:

  • Posting excessive, repetitive, or irrelevant content
  • Using bots or automated systems to generate or distribute content
  • Artificially boosting engagement through coordinated actions
  • Participating in engagement schemes or "pods"

4.2 Misinformation and False Content

While we value diverse opinions, we discourage deliberately false information:

  • Content with fabricated information presented as facts
  • Manipulated media intended to mislead users
  • Impersonating individuals or organizations to deceive others
  • Coordinated disinformation campaigns

4.3 Intellectual Property

Respect the intellectual property rights of others:

  • Do not post content that infringes on copyrights
  • Properly credit creators when sharing their work
  • Do not use trademarks in a way that suggests endorsement
  • Report suspected intellectual property violations

5. Platform-Specific Guidelines

5.1 Anonymous Content

Anonymity is a core feature of DeOxer, but it comes with responsibility:

  • Anonymous posting does not exempt you from our community guidelines
  • Do not use anonymity as a shield for harmful behavior
  • You remain accountable for your anonymous content
  • Content that violates our guidelines may still be traced back to your account

5.2 EchOx Location Features

When using location-based messaging:

  • Do not place harmful or threatening messages at specific locations
  • Respect private property and do not encourage trespassing
  • Consider the context of your location-based messages
  • Do not use EchOx to track or stalk individuals

5.3 Content Revealing

As content approaches its revealing threshold:

  • Be mindful of how your content will reflect on your identified profile
  • Consider whether you want to use the "Anoxed Forever" option for sensitive but acceptable content
  • Report any concerning content before it is revealed

6. Enforcement

We enforce our guidelines through a combination of automated systems and human review:

  • Content may be flagged for review by our systems or user reports
  • We review flagged content and take appropriate action
  • Actions may include content removal, warnings, temporary restrictions, or account termination
  • Serious violations may result in immediate account termination
  • We may report illegal content to appropriate authorities

7. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates our guidelines:

  • Use the reporting feature within the platform
  • Provide specific details about the violation
  • Do not engage with or amplify harmful content
  • For urgent concerns, contact our support team directly

8. Changes to Guidelines

We may update these guidelines to address new issues, behaviors, or platform features. We will notify users of significant changes, and the current version will always be available for review.
